Jeanette Melgarejo

Jeanette Melgarejo, MBA, is an accomplished professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Diversity Talent Innovation Programs at Nike since December 2021. Previously, Jeanette held multiple leadership roles at Clif Bar & Company, overseeing diversity and inclusion recruiting efforts, and consulted on diversity initiatives at ModelExpand. With a solid foundation in recruitment and operations management at Philz Coffee, Jeanette has also worked as a design strategist in consulting. Jeanette holds an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts and a BFA in Fashion Design from the Academy of Art University.
