Marie Crow

Marie Crow is an experienced professional in the field of footwear and textile design, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. At Nike from November 2020 to March 2024, Marie served as Senior Director of NXT Footwear Materials Innovation, leading the 'Upper Systems' team in areas such as Sustainability and Future Materials. Previously, Marie held the position of Senior Design Director for Innovation in the NXT Space Kitchen and Senior Creative Director for Women's Lifestyle Footwear at Nike. Before joining Nike, Marie worked at Jaguar Land Rover as Colour & Material Designer in Advanced Design, where contributions included leading the CMF design for the C-X17 Concept car. As a freelancer from September 2008 to August 2011, Marie created mixed media textile designs for high-profile clients, including notable fashion brands. Marie earned a Master's degree in Textiles from the Royal College of Art and a First Class BA HONS in Textiles from the University of the Arts London.
