Matthew Nurse

Matthew Nurse is an accomplished professional in the field of biomechanics and sports research, with extensive experience at Nike from March 2003 to May 2010, where Matthew held pivotal roles including Vice President of the Nike Explore Team Sport Research Lab and Director of the Nike Sport Research Lab. In these positions, Matthew Nurse defined and executed strategic visions, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and led multidisciplinary teams focused on advancing performance innovations. Prior experience includes serving as a researcher and instructor at the University of Calgary from January 1998 to January 2003, where Matthew Nurse conducted research on biomechanics and taught undergraduate courses. Matthew Nurse holds a PhD in Biomechanics - Medical Science and a BSc Hon in Kinesiology - Biomechanics, both from the University of Calgary.
