Monina Dolan

Monina Dolan is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading roles across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Global Retail Experience Design at Nike since July 2022, Monina previously held the position of UX Design Manager at Google for Google Nest. Prior to that, Monina was Head of Global Brand Design at Uber, where responsibilities included guiding brand strategies and experience design. Monina's entrepreneurial spirit led to the founding of Standard Studio LLC, which focused on integrating branding with design services, and co-founding Polychrome, a multi-disciplinary design studio. Early career experience includes a designer role at IDEO. Monina holds a degree from the Academy of Art University and possesses a strong foundation in environmental, industrial, and communications design.
