Nicole Zukowski

Nicole Zukowski is the current Vice President of North America Supply Chain at Nike. Nicole has previous experience as the Chief Operating Officer at Converse from November 2017 to August 2020, and as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations for NYX Cosmetics at L'Oréal from December 2008 to November 2017. Nicole has also held the position of Logistics Director at L'Oreal from January 2002 to December 2008, where they were responsible for supply chain management for both internal manufacturing and subcontracting actives.

Nicole Zukowski attended the University of Cincinnati, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Nicole then went on to earn certification from Northwestern University in Inclusive and Authentic Leadership, from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Mastering Business Excellence, and from INSEAD Executive Education in Transition to General Management.
