Zef Wolffs is a Particle Physics PhD Student at Nikhef since October 2021, with a strong background in data science and physics. Previous experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at Energy Essentials Group B.V. and Wecash, as well as serving as a Quantum Cryptography Thesis Researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology, where quantum information theory was applied to write a cryptographically secure protocol. Zef completed a Particle Physics summer internship at CERN, developing an analysis framework for the LHCb experiment, and holds a Master's degree in Applied Computational Science and Engineering from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Maastricht University.
