Hitoshi Hokamura

Hitoshi Hokamura is an established professional with extensive experience in the food tech and gastronomy sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor and Partner at Scrum Ventures since November 2013, Hitoshi also holds advisory roles at Tokyo Food Institute and LABe Digital Gastronomy Lab, where innovative solutions for the future of gastronomy are explored. As the Founder and Chairman of Food Tech Studio – Bites! and editorial supervisor for "Food Tech Revolution" by Nikkei BP, Hitoshi contributes to thought leadership in the industry. Additionally, as a Co-Founder of Smart Kitchen Summit Japan and a Special Advisor at All Turtles, Hitoshi actively promotes the integration of science and technology in food innovation. Academic credentials include an MBA from IMD and a BA in Civil Engineering from The University of Tokyo.
