Kenn Frantz has extensive experience in the field of internal audit and compliance. Kenn most recently served as the Global Director of Internal Controls and JSox Compliance at Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases. Prior to that, they were the Chief Audit Executive at HireRight and Vice President of Internal Audit at Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. Kenn previously held positions of Senior Vice President of Internal Audit at Impac Mortgage Corp., Vice President of Internal Audit at NextGen Healthcare, Vice President of Accounting and Compliance at Spectrum Group International, and Director of Internal Audit at DDI Corp. throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in overseeing and managing audit functions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Kenn Frantz holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. Kenn also has an MBA in Accounting from National University.
