Oleh Rudinskyi has work experience as a Financial Analyst at Niko Technologies and elegro.eu, starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Nexteum from 2012 to 2020, starting as an Analyst and later becoming the Teamlead of the Billing Department.

Oleh Rudinskyi received their Master's degree in Economics from Nikolaev Agrarium University, where they studied from 2005 to 2011.
