Mariana Gomez-Hannaman has extensive experience in People Operations, Global Mobility, and Talent Development, currently serving as the Global Mobility & Learning and Talent Development Manager at Nikola Corporation since February 2021. In this role, Mariana has effectively managed an Immigration Program, collaborated with engineering and manufacturing teams, and developed key HR initiatives, including onboarding and an HR Hub. Prior to Nikola, Mariana held a contract position at Opendoor focusing on Immigration and Mobility policy development during the company's transition to public status, and has experience from KATERRA, where a comprehensive Immigration Program was developed. Mariana also founded Desert Sweat, a Pre and Post Natal Exercise Business, and has a background in fitness training and immigration law, with roles at The Body Lab and Fragomen, respectively. Mariana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University.
