Chris Barefoot

Chris Barefoot has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Chris is currently working as the Regional Business Director for SLM Solutions since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Materials Solutions - a Siemens Energy Business, where they held the position of Head of MSL UK sales from October 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they were the UK Sales Manager at the same company from December 2017 to September 2020.

Chris also has experience working at 3T RPD® Ltd as a Sales Manager and Business Development Manager from August 2016 to November 2017 and from April 2015 to August 2016, respectively. Chris worked as an Account and New Business Development Manager at Majenta PLM from November 2011 to March 2015.

In addition, Chris worked in various roles at different contractors as a General and Skilled Laborer from August 2009 to October 2011. Chris also worked as a Bar Supervisor at Sanctum Special Events from May 2009 to September 2011.

Chris gained valuable experience during their engineering placement at RJN Motorsport from July 2008 to May 2009, where they were involved in CAD design, car build, trailer planning, and general day-to-day business operations. Chris had the opportunity to attend race events such as the 24hr of Nurburgring and Silverstone test days during this placement.

Chris Barefoot attended Rendcomb College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their A levels. Chris later attended Oxford Brookes University from 2005 to 2009, during which they earned their BEng Hons degree in Automotive Engineering.
