Robert Atugonza

Robert Atugonza has extensive experience in the brewing and manufacturing industries, currently serving as a People Business Partner at Nile Breweries Ltd. since May 2018. Previously, Robert has held the role of Training Specialist at Nile Breweries Ltd. and Mbarara Plant since December 2012, where responsibilities include training and coaching brewers on best practices in manufacturing to ensure product quality and to foster people development. Prior to this, Robert worked as an Optimisation Engineer at Bamburi Cement Ltd. from November 2007 to September 2009, focusing on process and product quality. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry from Makerere University Kampala, completed between 1993 and 1996.
