Karthik's earliest work experience was as a Management Consultant at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd (LTI) from May 2004 to February 2008. In this role, they provided strategic guidance, optimized supply relationship management processes, and streamlined product development value chains using enterprise-wide SAP PLM technology.
