Bruce Boehrs

Bruce Boehrs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and engineering management. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Nilfisk since March 2014, Bruce leads new product development for Floorcare machines, utilizing both traditional waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Prior experience includes a tenure at Donaldson Company, Inc., where Bruce advanced from Senior Applications Engineer to Team Leader of Air Applications Engineering, overseeing a team while supporting Daimler Trucks NA, the largest customer for heavy-duty trucks. Earlier roles include Design Engineer positions at RFA/Minnesota Engineering, where Bruce led design projects for off-road vehicles and at Caterpillar, Inc., where responsibilities included the design and analysis of structural components for mining equipment. Bruce holds an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
