Hans Flemming Jensen

Group General Counsel, Hans Flemming Jensen joined Nilfisk in January 2017 and has since then been instrumental in building a global corporate affairs function responsible for M&A, strategic partnerships, legal, intellectual property, corporate compliance and regulatory. Throughout his career, he has specialized in corporate and commercial matters including negotiation, international commercial relations, capital markets and listing matters. Prior to joining Nilfisk, Hans Flemming Jensen worked for the NKT Group and Kromann Reumert Law Firm. He holds a master’s degree in law (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen.
