Niklas Forsberg

Niklas Forsberg's work experience includes serving as the Director of Digital Business at Nilfisk since June 2023. Previously, they worked at Epiroc as the Customer Experience Manager from January 2020 to June 2023, while also holding roles as a Program Manager and Information Technology Manager. Prior to that, Niklas worked at Atlas Copco in various positions including IS/IT Manager, IS/IT Coordinator, Training and Development Specialist, Engineer, and Technician. Additionally, they were the Business Owner of Internetpartner from August 2006 to June 2017.

Niklas Forsberg attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2021, where they studied customer experience strategy and digital business strategy.
