Rachel Brutosky has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rachel started their career at The Franklin Institute as an intern and quickly rose through the ranks to become the Communications Manager. In this role, they assisted the Director of Public Relations and Communications Manager with various tasks such as press tours, media clippings, press releases, and event planning.

Rachel then joined Nilfisk, where they held several positions. As the Public Relations Coordinator, they oversaw the PR program for North America, promoting products, technologies, and events through various channels. Rachel also managed to place 12 feature articles in industry trade publications.

Rachel later transitioned to become a Strategic Marketing Analyst at Nilfisk, where they completed industry analyses, monitored relevant laws and regulations, and aligned with industry organizations to promote products.

Rachel's next role was as the Business Development Manager, where they focused on growing the distribution network and developing relationships with key strategic partners. Rachel played a crucial role in the tremendous growth of the business during their tenure.

Subsequently, they became the National Sales Manager, Strategic Business, leading sales teams in key markets, implementing indirect sales strategies, and strengthening the overall dealer network. Rachel worked closely with the executive management team to improve the go-to-market strategy and develop the US market.

Rachel'snext position was as the Regional Director of Sales, East, where they successfully managed the sales activities and professional development of the Eastern Region sales team to support the growth of Nilfisk's Industrial Vacuum business. Rachel was also a key member of the Leadership Management Team and worked closely with executive management on business strategy and development.

Rachel then became the Vice President of Sales, Northeast, where they further expanded their leadership responsibilities. Rachel led the sales efforts in the region and made significant contributions to the company's growth.

Currently, Rachel holds the position of Vice President of Sales, Strategic Accounts at Nilfisk, where they are responsible for overseeing the strategic accounts sales and driving revenue growth.
