Søren Dyhr Toft has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Søren started their career as a Law student assistant at SKI-XTREME Skirejser before taking on a role as a student assistant at the Royal Library. Søren then worked as a Junior Project Manager at Ventus Publishing.

Moving into the business sector, Toft joined the Landbrug & Fødevarer organization as an Analyst in the Department of Macro Economic Analysis. Søren supported the chief economist and lobbyists and gathered and reported statistics on Denmark's largest industry and innovation cluster.

Toft then worked at ALD Automotive as a Business Analyst & Project Manager. Søren supported directors with analysis for decision making and worked on business intelligence, improving the local data warehouse and implementing the group BI strategy.

After that, Toft worked at Agoda.com as a Business Analyst, focusing on global online supply, pricing, and sales. Søren managed commercial performance and utilized data to support strategy formulation and resource allocation.

Toft then joined Telenor as a Senior Expert in financial performance management, where they handled the green field launch of finance operations and led the sales-marketing performance management team. Søren also worked as a Program Manager, heading a major commercial transformation program.

Currently, Toft is employed at Nilfisk as the Vice President of Data & Business Analytics. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Director of Enabling Enterprise Data and Transformation Program Manager at the same company. Søren also served as the Head of Marketing Excellence and Senior Manager of Insights & Analytics at Nilfisk.

Throughout their career, Toft has showcased expertise in data management, process harmonization, CRM implementation, and advanced analytics.

Søren Dyhr Toft completed their education with a MSc in Business Administration, specializing in Applied Economics and Finance (AEF), from Copenhagen Business School (2008-2010). Prior to that, they earned a BSc in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Philosophy from the same institution (2005-2008). In 2007, they also briefly attended EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, where they studied Finance, Strategy, and HRM.
