Viktoria Kuti

Viktoria Kuti is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in regional operations and human resources. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner for Regional Operations Europe at Nilfisk since April 2014, Viktoria has previously held multiple roles including HR Business Partner and P&P Partner. Prior to Nilfisk, Viktoria worked at Flextronics from March 2011 to April 2014, where roles included Compensation & Benefits Specialist, HR Generalist, and HR Specialist/Recruiter. Viktoria's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership with specializations in Production and Service Management, and in Human Resource Management and Organization Development, both obtained from the University of Pannonia, along with an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution.
