Carolina Beltramini has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the education industry. Carolina started their career as a professor at Principia in 2008 and later worked as a teacher at Colégio Meta in 2014. Carolina then served as a pedagogical director and partnership coordinator at QMágico from 2014 to 2015. Carolina also worked as a consultant at Poliedro Sistema de Ensino, where they provided pedagogical and technological education support to partner schools. Carolina held the position of educational consultant at Fundação FEAC from 2015 to 2016 and then worked as a project manager and educational consultant at Grupo Tellus from 2016 to 2019. Carolina held the role of head of implementation at Camino Education from 2019 to 2022 and currently serves as the head of implementation and customer support at Nilo Saúde from 2022 onwards. In addition to their professional experience, Carolina also worked as a university professor at Univap - Universidade do Vale do Paraíba in 2015, teaching a postgraduate course in psychopedagogy.

Carolina completed their postgraduate studies at Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo from 2020 to 2022, specializing in Design and Business Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in History and Social Culture from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, which they attended from 2011 to 2014. Carolina also holds a Bachelor's and Teaching degree in History from the same institution, which they completed from 2007 to 2011.
In 2008-2009, Carolina participated in a student exchange program at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal, focusing on Modern and Contemporary History studies. Additionally, they are currently involved in a History and Gender research group at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they began in 2018.
