Gonzalo López Grassi

Gonzalo López Grassi is a seasoned professional in cloud engineering and infrastructure management, currently serving as Principal Cloud Engineer at Nilus since July 2021, where the focus is on high reliability and scalability of Kubernetes-based platforms to support global impact initiatives. Previously, Gonzalo held key positions at Delivery Hero from April 2020 to August 2024, including Cloud Manager and Infrastructure Team Lead, overseeing critical infrastructures and managing approximately 60 Kubernetes clusters in AWS. At PedidosYa, from December 2013 to April 2020, Gonzalo advanced through roles such as Sr. Principal Cloud Engineer and Cloud Infrastructure Manager, establishing foundational cloud systems and overseeing a multidisciplinary team. Gonzalo's career began in IT analysis and software development, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
