Craig Bacco

Craig Bacco is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at both Norfolk Iron & Metal and NIM Group since July 2013 and January 2022, respectively, Craig has also held the role of IT Technical Generalist at O'Neal Flat Rolled Metals and Metalwest during the same period. Prior to these roles, Craig worked as an IT Systems & Facilities Administrator at Melles Griot and CVI-Melles Griot from 1996 to 2008, showcasing a strong foundation in IT management and support throughout a career spanning several years in the industry.
