Elle Gadient

Elle Gadient is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in farming advocacy and sustainability. Currently serving as a Farmer Advocate at Niman Ranch since March 2019, Elle manages various farmer support initiatives, including mentorship programs and the Annual Hog Farmer Appreciation Celebration, while representing a community of over 750 independent family farmers and ranchers nationwide. Previous roles include a Professional Fishing Deckhand at Wildcard Wildcaught, a Communications Intern at Niman Ranch, and positions at Serendipity Catering and Wartburg College, where Elle developed valuable skills in communication, sustainability, and customer service. Elle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science & Studies and Business Administration from Wartburg College.
