Field Operations

The Field Operations team at Niman Ranch ensures the highest standards of sustainable agriculture and humane animal care across our network of family farms. This team, which includes Field Agents, Farm Managers, Farmer Advocates, Regional Field Agents, and a Live Animal Compliance Manager, works closely with farmers to implement and monitor strict livestock raising protocols. They provide on-the-ground support, conduct compliance checks, and advocate for farmers to maintain the integrity and quality of Niman Ranch's all-natural meat products.
