Nimaya, a non-profit organisation co-founded by Navya Nanda and Samyak Chakraborty, works on closing the gender and privilege inequity in the workplace. This stems from a firm belief that every woman should have an equal opportunity to cultivate her dreams and build an inspirational career. Nimaya’s career accelerator identifies women from restrictive circumstances, and centers on closing the divide between the education they've received and the dynamic demands of the industry. Through our immersive training program, we nurture vital soft and life skills, provide one-on-one mentoring, and offer insightful masterclasses with top professionals. Industry  visits and the chance to explore emerging technologies further enable these young women by enhancing their exposure. Our unwavering commitment extends to supporting their placement, and actually  transforming dreams into tangible accomplishments in the professional realm.
