Grant David Collins

Grant David Collins has a diverse work history spanning different industries and roles.

Grant founded Basement Philanthropy in 2021, where they focus on creating content to support philanthropy and encourage individual giving.

Prior to that, Grant worked at Nimbl starting in 2018. Grant held multiple roles, including Director of Experience and Remote People Operations. In this position, they focused on improving the customer and employee experience. Grant also served as the Internal & Business Development Manager, where they contributed to the integration of acquired clients and trained new employees. Grant played a key role in the transition of acquired clients and achieved a retention rate of 90%.

Before joining Nimbl, Grant worked as an Audit Intern at Tanner LLC in 2018.

In 2017, they founded Clean Culture and served as an Advisory Board Member.

At Brigham Young University - Idaho, Grant held various roles in the Student Support Office from 2016 to 2017. Grant was responsible for managing the office and organizing supplies and inventory. Grant also provided feedback that led to the redesign of outreach activities.

In 2016, Grant worked as a Youth Counselor at Especially for Youth and as a Developer at the VA Help Center.

Grant'searlier experiences include working in construction at Bartile Roofs Inc. and as a Sales Associate at Home Depot in 2015.

Grant also served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2013 to 2015.

Grant David Collins attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
