Laila Alshami

Laila Alshami has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Laila is currently working at Nimble Robotics as an HR Manager since January 2022. Prior to this, Laila worked at SpaceX as an HR Business Partner from August 2020 to January 2022. Laila also gained experience at Pratt & Whitney as an HR Partner Co-Op from April 2019 to August 2020. Laila's previous roles include being an HR Coordinator at ESPN from September 2018 to April 2019 and a Human Resources Generalist Intern at Pima County from March 2018 to July 2018. Laila started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Arizona in January 2016 and worked until July 2017.

Laila Alshami completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Hartford. Laila successfully completed this program from 2018 to 2020.
