Russ Fear

Russ Fear has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Russ is currently working as a Managing Consultant at Nimble Approach since December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at CACI Ltd as an Account Manager - Critical National Infrastructure from November 2020 to December 2022, where they provided commercial oversight, high-level program management, and served as a direct point of contact between customers and project delivery teams.

Russ quickly progressed to the role of Senior Buyer, where they handled negotiations with suppliers and managed stock maintenance for multiple branches throughout the UK. Russ also played a key role in designing, implementing, and performing penetration testing on the company's network infrastructure.
