Stacey Taurah

Stacey Taurah has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stacey is currently employed at Nimble Approach as a Lead Consultant and Senior Agile Delivery Lead, roles they started in 2022 and 2021 respectively. Prior to that, they worked at Booking.com as an Agile Coach from 2017 to 2021. Before entering the tech industry, Stacey worked at Waters Corporation as a Senior Scrum Master and Software Engineer (Test)/Scrum Master from 2014 to 2017. Stacey'sresponsibilities included facilitating and coaching teams in Agile methodologies, testing, documentation processes, and defect tracking. Stacey's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Forensic DNA Analyst at LGC from 2008 to 2014, where they performed various DNA analysis processes. Stacey also held roles as a Species Identification Analyst at Northern hygiene in 2007 and as a Snorkeling Instructor and Swimming Teacher at East Riding of Yorkshire Council from 2005 to 2008. Overall, Stacey has a strong background in Agile methodologies, testing, and analysis.

Stacey Taurah began their education at Driffield School, where they attended from 1997 to 2004. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following their high school education, Stacey enrolled at the University of Lincoln, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Forensic Science from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Stacey Taurah has also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received the ISTQB-BCS certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. The same year, they also completed the Scrum Master Essentials course provided by Pentland Training. Stacey further expanded their knowledge and skills in project management by achieving the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2016. Most recently, in 2023, they obtained the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation certification from the ILX Group.
