Nicole Grandinetti has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Nicole started their career in 2010 as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Teach For America and worked in this position until 2012. After that, they transitioned to Achievement First, where they served as a Teacher and a Writing Curriculum Fellow, contributing to curriculum development and facilitating professional development sessions. In 2016, Nicole joined Brooke Charter Schools as a Teacher and later became the Director of Recruitment, responsible for talent strategy and recruitment for the organization. Their responsibilities included conducting interviews, supporting hiring managers, and cultivating relationships with diverse talent. In 2022, Nicole joined MathWorks as a Campus Recruiter for the Engineering Development Group. Currently, they are employed at Nimble, where they hold the position of Customer Success Manager.

Nicole Grandinetti pursued their higher education starting in 2006 when they enrolled at Suffolk University. Nicole successfully completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English in the year 2010. Building upon their undergraduate education, they later attended Teachers College, Columbia University from 2014 to 2015. During this period, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Education Leadership.
