Yash Bonde has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2016. Yash began as a Summer Intern at MasterSoft ERP Solutions, where they designed and developed a python toolkit for rapid deployment of infographics. In 2017, they worked as a Machine Learning Intern at Connecticus Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they developed a machine learning-based approach for the company's cognitive platform NESSA. Yash then joined Kaaenaat as a Summer Intern in 2018, where they upgraded the product Kount and designed an in-house application for faster image segmentation.

In 2019, Yash became an AI Engineer at Shipmnts, where they built a machine learning solution to convert unstructured business data into structured knowledge and worked with major supply chain companies to deliver proof of concepts. Yash then moved on to roles such as Head Coordinator at the Entrepreneurship Cell, NIT Raipur, where they organized events and held responsibilities for proper event conduction.

Yash's work experience also includes being a Placement Convener and Training and Placement Coordinator at the Training and Placement Cell, NIT Raipur, where they managed placements and coordinated training programs. Yash later served as an AI Consulting Engineer at NPAW - Nice People At Work, and as an AI Researcher at KS2 Labs, where they focused on novel research and development in AI, including building stateless-RL agents.

Currently, Yash Bonde is the Head of Research at NimbleBox.ai, where they are involved in building the world's most advanced MLOps platform. Yash has also been a volunteer at the MLOps Community since 2022.

Yash Bonde completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur. Yash attended this institute from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, Yash studied at Krishna Public School in Bhilai from 2009 to 2014, though the specific degree and field of study obtained during this period are not mentioned.
