Paul Simorangkir

Paul Simorangkir is a Technical Account Specialist at Nimbly Technologies since August 2024, focusing on customer success management by collaborating with clients to align solutions with their business objectives. Previously, Paul held various roles at WIZ.AI from April 2022 to August 2024, including AI Talkbot CX Designer and Support Department Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer experience operations and leading teams of Customer Experience Agents. Additional experience includes positions as a Site Engineer at CG Power Systems Indonesia, and as a lab assistant at Universitas Trisakti. Paul earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universitas Trisakti from 2016 to 2020, following a senior high school education in science at SMA Pax Patriae.
