Currently serving as a Senior Technical Service Specialist in the Infrastructure Team at Nimbus since January 2022, Gary previously held roles at several organizations, including cmi as Service Support Team Leader and Senior IT Professional, where expertise encompassed 3rd level IT support across various technologies including Microsoft server OS, Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD, and Sonicwall. Educational credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Cognitive Psychology & Artificial Intelligence from The Open University and a BEng (Hons) in Electronic and Information Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
