Eeleen Chua

Eeleen Chua has over 20 years of work experience in various industries. Eeleen started their career in customer service at John Hancock Financial Services in 2002 and then moved on to work as an associate underwriter at Aviva Life Insurance Company in 2005. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a business process analyst at Sun Life Financial. In 2011, they joined Boston Scientific as a process improvement analyst II and stayed there until 2014. Eeleen then worked as a senior analyst at EMD Serono, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Eeleen was a transparency consultant at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 2015 to 2016, where they played a role in redesigning the Sunshine reporting system. From 2016 to 2019, Eeleen worked as a quality analytics manager at The MENTOR Network, where they supported and implemented data-driven decisions. Eeleen then joined Vertex Pharmaceuticals as a senior quality manager in 2019 and stayed until 2022, where they drove innovation and worked with data science teams to produce data revelations and process enhancements. In 2022, Eeleen served as an associate director for quality management systems at Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. for a few months before joining Nimbus Therapeutics as an associate director for quality operations.

Eeleen Chua obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simmons University from 2000 to 2004. Eeleen then pursued a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University from 2015 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Eeleen completed Lean Business Process Program from Boston Scientific in 2011, Project Management Training from EMD Serono, Inc. in 2014, SQL Book Camp from General Assembly in 2015, and Data Modelling for Business Analyst Program from Bridging the Gap for Business Analysts, also in 2015. Lastly, Eeleen obtained Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Training from Vertex Pharmaceuticals in 2019.
