Julian Migueres

Julian Migueres is an experienced professional currently working as a Creativo junior at Niña since March 2023. Previously served as a Redactor publicitario creativo at Super from October 2022 to March 2023, and held the position of Chef de banquetes at Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt Buenos Aires from June to December 2021. Other notable experiences include roles in customer service and kitchen assistance at organizations such as CeliGourmet and casa rodante catering. Julian’s entrepreneurial experience includes founding the Falafel truck, where responsibilities encompassed food truck homologation and event organization. Julian also has extensive culinary expertise, having been a Jefe de cocina at benaim and managing events at La Pastronería. Educational qualifications include a Professional Degree in Advertising from Brother Ad School, a Professional Degree in Culinary Arts from IAG, and studies in Computer Engineering at Universidad de Belgrano.
