Delphine Ladrière currently serves as the Global E-Business Manager for Fashion & Fragrances at Nina Ricci (PUIG) since May 2019, overseeing the e-commerce and e-business operations on a worldwide scale. Previously, Delphine held the position of Digital Marketing, CRM & E-commerce Manager at PAYOT from January 2015 to June 2019, where responsibility included launching e-commerce activities across multiple languages and markets. Prior roles include Communications Manager at The Beautyst, Pigiste Beauté at Paulette Magazine, and various strategic planning positions at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, Reload/Vivaki, and Le Public Système. Delphine also gained early experience as an International Operational Marketing Assistant at Hermès Parfums and holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne and a Master's in Marketing and Strategy from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
