Kristian Frisk

Kristian is an experienced project manager with IPMA level B, PRINCE2 and Scrummaster certification, and since 2001 has worked with the organization and management of all phases of complex IT projects from analysis, design, development, testing and commissioning. This has made Kristian a specialist in project and program management in large organizations.

Kristian is a strong operational problem solver who knows how to facilitate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels - including in-depth knowledge and experience in managing technical deliveries with a focus on building a bridge between IT and business.
