Theodore R. Moore

Theodore Moore began their work experience as an Attorney at Vinson & Elkins in August 2002, where they represented issuers and underwriters in IPOs and secondary public offerings. Theodore also served as corporate governance and SEC reporting counsel to various domestic companies. In February 2011, they joined C&J Energy Services as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Risk Officer, leading the company's transformation and preparing them for their IPO in July 2011. Theodore then transitioned to Nine Energy Service in March 2017 as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, where they successfully prepared the company for their IPO in January 2018 and advises the executive management team and board of directors.

Theodore Moore obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Economy from Tulane University, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued higher education at Tulane University Law School from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
