Maximilian Fey, Ph.D

User Experience Researcher at Nine Labs

Maximilian Fey, Ph.D. has worked in the field of user experience research since 2022 at Nine Labs. Prior to this, they were a Graduate Assistant at the University of Arkansas from 2016-2022. In this role, they coordinated research as lab manager and managed a team of researchers. Maximilian also formulated online and in-person studies, oversaw data collection, and analyzed data before presenting findings to relevant audiences. Additionally, they taught and developed a multitude of classes ranging from introductory to advanced.

Maximilian Fey, Ph.D. completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southern University from 2012 to 2016. Maximilian then went on to pursue a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology from the University of Arkansas from 2016 to 2019, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Experimental Psychology from the same institution from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained a Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design certification from Coursera in May 2022.
