Job Summary

Reporting to the VP, People & Culture the Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth initiatives. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Promote the company’s mission, values, and culture to attract potential candidates.
  • Leverage social media and other platforms to enhance the employer brand.
  • Support DEIB initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Experience supporting DEIB initiatives in recruitment is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
