Tom Chamberlayne

Tom Chamberlayne has a diverse work experience in the recruitment field. Tom began their career at Moloney Search in 2002 and worked as a Consultant until 2004. After that, they joined Principal Search as a Consultant until 2010. From 2010 to 2019, they worked at Riverhouse Partners Limited as a Partner. Currently, Tom is serving as the Head of Global Recruitment at Ninety One since 2019.

Tom Chamberlayne attended the University of Bristol from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics.
