Lyndsey Wilson

Lyndsey Wilson is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Senior HR Advisor at Ninja Theory since June 2019, Lyndsey previously held the position of HR Advisor at Mission Therapeutics from July 2016 to May 2019, and at Napp Pharmaceuticals Limited from November 2008 to May 2016. Early in the career, Lyndsey worked as an HR Officer on a fixed-term contract at Bayer Crop Science and held various roles, including HR Assistant Consultant, HR Training Administrator, and HR Recruitment Administrator at Cambridge Assessment. Lyndsey earned a BSc in Psychology from the University of Reading in 2004 and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at BPP University.
