Nadiyah Anna Fatin Sumpena

Nadiyah Anna Fatin Sumpena has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Nadiyah Anna started their career as an Editorial Intern at Whiteboard Journal in 2018. Later that year, they joined Ruangguru as a Business Analyst, where they analyzed product processes and performance, implemented projects for improvement, and collaborated with other divisions for business development. In 2019, they joined Ninja Van as a Management Associate, participating in their customized Ninja Xpress program which involved rotations across key departments. During this program, they gained experience in operations, commercial, and business support functions while working on critical projects. Nadiyah Anna later progressed to the roles of Technical Improvement Specialist and Operations Improvement Manager at Ninja Van. Currently, Nadiyah holds the position of Head of Operations Planning & Growth at the company.

Nadiyah Anna Fatin Sumpena earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from IPB University, graduating in 2018. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Intermediate SQL Queries from DataCamp in 2021.
