Rista Damonty

Rista Damonty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rista started their career at AIESEC in 2006, serving as the Vice President of the Outgoing Exchange Department. Rista then worked at Toyota Astra Motor from 2008 to 2013, holding various positions including Section Head of Operation Kaizen and Coordinator of Dealership Management System Blueprint. Rista joined Toyota Motor Asia Pacific in 2013 as a Senior Specialist in Operation Kaizen. In 2015, they worked as a Freelance Consultant before joining Etobee Indonesia in 2016. At Etobee, Rista served as the Senior Project Excellence Manager and later as the Junior VP of Operations. Since 2018, they have been working at Ninja Van, holding roles such as VP of Operations, VP of Customer Excellence, and VP of Operations Standard and Compliance. Rista currently holds the position of SVP of Business Process Excellence & Standardization at Ninja Van.

Rista Damonty attended Universitas Padjadjaran from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
