Amit Kumar Mandal

Amit Kumar Mandal has a diverse work experience. Amit Kumar first worked as an intern at Hyundai Motor India Ltd. in 2015, followed by a co-founder role at HumorPosts. In 2016, they joined Tata Steel, where they focused on improving the reliability of the PCI MILL.

Amit Kumar then transitioned to ClearTax India in 2017, working as an Associate Product Manager and later as a Strategic Alliances Associate. At ClearTax, they played a key role in vendor onboarding, implementation, and brand management, as well as launching ClearTax Referral and Rewards programs. Amit Kumar also conducted A/B testing for improved conversion rates.

In 2018, Amit joined udaan.com as a Business Strategy Analyst, and later took on roles as a Product Program Manager for Clothing and as a Product Manager for Business Operations. At udaan.com, they spearheaded the creation of a Virtual Inventory Product and facilitated online product listing before warehouse inventory. Amit Kumar also co-led the launch of Inbound Scheduler, optimizing goods intake processes.

From 2022 to 2023, Amit worked at AgroStar as a Product Program Manager, where they achieved significant revenue growth through strategic campaign initiatives and margin-based product portfolio prioritization. Amit Kumar also implemented credit distribution frameworks and streamlined internal operations using no-code applications.

Currently, Amit works at Ninjacart as the Growth & Strategy Lead for Product.

Amit Kumar Mandal completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University in the years 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their 12th Board CBSE from Sri Chaitanya Institute and their 10th Board ICSE from Tagore Academy. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications in stock trading, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and various subjects related to hypersonics, computer programming, and steel.
