Sanjai Sakthivel has extensive experience in supply chain management and business excellence, currently serving at Ninjacart since June 2016. Key accomplishments include spearheading RFID integration to minimize inventory loss, enhancing the fruit and vegetable category's performance by significantly increasing volume contribution and reducing customer returns. Sanjai has successfully executed projects across multiple cities, established crucial cold storage solutions, and has hands-on experience in farmer procurement and developing vendor relationships. Prior experience includes leadership roles in student organizations at the College of Engineering Guindy and a project internship at Ninjacart, emphasizing marketing and customer service.
