Spencer Johnson

Spencer Johnson is the VP of People & Culture at NinjaCat. Spencer has extensive experience in operations and product development, having served as Director of Operations at RUMOR Advertising, Design, Web and as Director of Product Development at 180Fusion. Spencer also has experience in business development, having served as Biz Dev Manager at Marketecture. In their current role at NinjaCat, Spencer is responsible for leading the company's people and culture initiatives.

Spencer Johnson attended Provo High School and then went on to study Communications/Public Relations at Utah Valley University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree.
