Mark Friedgan is the current CEO at NinjaHoldings. Mark has previously worked as CIO at Enova Financial, part of the founding team. At Enova Financial, they oversaw all of technology and analytics for $500 million Internet division. Mark managed a 150 person team consisting of 7 departments with a $15M annual budget. Mark saved $530 per call center seat with improved efficiency. The call center is now able to handle the same call volume with 25 percent fewer customer representatives by switching to Linux based thin-client solution for call center representatives. Mark prepared technology platform and team for Sarbanes Oxley and PCI level II compliance. Mark built online lending platform using Ruby on Rails, currently hosting lending sites in 4 countries. Mark created Ruby distributed computing framework around TupleSpaces. Mark created dynamic configuration framework, released under GPL as CnuConfig. Mark created Pattern Matching functions for Ruby, released under GPL as Matchable.

Mark Friedgan has a MS in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
