Jasmyne Austin has several years of work experience in customer relations and management. Jasmyne started their career in 2015 as a Client Manager at Red Hat, where they worked until 2018. During their time at Red Hat, Jasmyne was responsible for managing clients and ensuring their satisfaction. In 2018, they joined NinjaPromo as the Head of Customer Relations, where their main role was to lead and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Duck.design as a Customer Service Manager.
