Tony Serpico

Tony Serpico is currently the Director of Support at NinjaOne. Prior to that, they were with VIPRE Security and GFI Software. At GFI Software, Tony was the Support Planner/Project Manager. In that role, they were responsible for creating plans that addressed customer service requirements, product attributes based on customer feedback, support processes, support performance measurement, and resource requirements.

Tony Serpico attended high school at Clearwater Central Catholic before going on to study General Studies at the University of Central Florida.
